We pride ourselves on offering authentic Nepalese coffee and tea. Because our products are grown at high altitudes and harvested according to local environmental seasons, slight variations in flavor profile, bean size, or tea leaf characteristics may naturally occur.

All descriptions and imagery on our website are provided for illustrative purposes. We guarantee the regional origin of our products but acknowledge the natural inconsistencies of organic, small-batch agriculture.

All prices are listed subject to change without prior notice. We strive for accuracy, but in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, Himalayan Brews reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.

By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer or discontinue items as availability from our high-altitude farms changes.

Orders are processed and dispatched from our primary facility in Kathmandu, Bagmati Province. While we aim to fulfill orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and depend on local logistics and international customs processes.

Himalayan Brews is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, severe weather conditions in the Himalayan region, or other unforeseen transit interruptions.
